NJYB Fall League

A place for all teams to play. Town, All-star and Club
We offer a Fall league for teams 8u thru 14u and then a 15u

To All Coaches and Mangers

The NJYB has decided to push back our Fall Season back. The last day to register now will be 31 Aug 2009 is the last day to get register forms and fees in. The season will start on Sunday 13 Sept 2009 and last scheduled game will be 1 Nov. 2009. We are doing this for the fact that it will allow teams to have their players since it's the last weekend in August and parents are trying to get the last vacation and getaways in and then there are teams who are playing in Labor Day Tournaments. We the NJYB feel it will work out better for teams, players and parents.

If your team or teams are interested in playing please email me ASAP and let give me all your team information

At all age levels we have received numerous emails and calls about teams entering and I am trying to keep try who is playing. I need a Registration form filled out, payment and a copy of your team insurance with the NJYB being cover as the league your playing in.

9u there are 6 in and 4 more interested

10u there are 4 in and 3 more interested

11u 4 teams

12u 5 teams in and 3 others interested

13u 6 in and 7 interested

14u 4 in and 4 interested

15u 3 in and 10 interested

I would like to have all teams that are playing in 31st since this is the last day to sign up. This will make life easier for all of us  I can make schedules and get them out by the 3 Sept to all teams so they can make field arrangements and set their schedules around everything that is going on

All teams will be scheduled for 1 game on Sunday at 1pm Coaches will call the other coaches and work out the times to field and player availability. Teams may choice to play on Saturday if both coaches agree or even chose to play 9 inning or double header games we will only count the first game for standing purpose.

The standing will be kept on line and teams will receive 2 points for a win 1 point for a tie no points for a lose and -1 for a game not played we are doing this to get all teams to play their games. The top 4 teams with the most points will advance to the play-offs

The top 4 teams in each age group will play in a single elimination tournament to crown a winner/ champion at each age group.

If any team is looking for players please let me know I have a few parents that emailed me looking for teams to get their kids on due to their towns not having a team. In the fall we are allowing teams to have players from other towns to make teams it is not as strict as our summer town program. Using logics we all know its hard to get players in the fall due to other sports so we have allowed teams to pick up some players on their teams to fill holes

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. all other information for the fall is the same we are just changing the last day to Register and the Starting date to make everyone life easier. Start date 13 September  last game scheduled 1 November
