All teams must provide a valid insurance certificate
prior to the start of the tournament. You will need to identify “Clarkstown Parks and Recreation” and “Clarkstown
Stars Baseball” as an additional insured on your certificate of insurance before the tournament begins.·
All teams must provide your team roster to include name,
birth date and uniform number. All teams are required to have in their possession at all times, a valid copy of each player’s
birth certificate. If a birth certificate is not available upon request, the game will result in a forfeit and the player
will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.· All teams must provide Manager and Coach Names, phone numbers and Email information.·
All insurance forms, roster information and team contact

TOURNAMENT RULES: 1.
11u and 12u is
50/70 (with leads and balks) (May 1st cutoff date)2. Games will be 6 innings long, also have a 2 hour time limit.
No new inning may start after time limit has expired. Games may end in a tie. Extra innings may be played if time limit allows.
NO TIME LIMIT IN CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.3. Baseballs provided by host.4. The Bats: Each team will be given 3 Wood
Bats donated by Akadema Professional. These are the ONLY bats to be used for this tournament. If the Wood Bat breaks you will
be able to purchase another bat from Akadema. They will be on site with more bats and other baseball products. Any team caught
using a non Akadema bat will forfeit their game.5. Molded Spikes only.6. Home Team is coin toss before each game except Semi’s and Championship
game, higher seeded team on Sunday is HOME TEAM.7. NO Infield pre-game warm-up8. Mercy Rule: 10 runs after 4 innings and 8 runs after 5 innings.9.
EH-extra hitter is allowed. Teams
may bat entire lineup if they choose. If you bat 9 you MUST use substitutions.10. No DH hitter is allowed.11. Teams must have 9 players to start a game, can finish with

Runner is mandatory for Catcher with 2 Outs .LAST BATTED OUT.13. Re-entry for a starter only. Must re-enter in the original
position in the batting order.14. Intentional Walks: No pitches are needed.15. Sliding: A player must slide or veer and avoid malicious contact at all times.
The umpire decision is final. A player will be ejected for malicious contact.16. Ejections: A player or coach that is ejected
for any reason will sit out the remainder of that game and the next game as well.17. Tiebreakers for Seeds: 1) Overall record 2) head to head play 3) least runs allowed 4) most runs scored 5)
coin flip18. Team
Trophies will be awarded to top 2 teams in each age group. Also individual trophies for top 2 teams of each age group. Also
MVP for all tournament players per age group.19. Protests - The protesting manager must notify the tournament director of the protest before any pitch
or play begins following the protested call. A one hundred ($100.00) dollar cash protest fee must be presented at the time
.The field director along with the protesting manager will look up the rule alleged broken. If the
protest is granted, the protest fee is returned in full. If the protest is denied, the protest fee is forfeited in full.
